This approach enables us to identify your strengths and continually develop your skills in a fair and objective way through coaching, one-to-one discussions and your annual personal development review. We believe that all of our people should be well-rounded and are fully aware that it's not only what they achieve, but how they achieve it, that makes the difference.
Excellence in training
There are many, many ways we support people development. And we're very proud to be accredited for 'Excellence in Training' by the Financial Services Skills Council. As well as creating our own e-learning tools, we do lots of practical and experiential training that we're happy to say, our people really enjoy. We also run a flexible and extensive further education policy that supports those who want to study towards external qualifications.
